Green Lemonade – Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

This folate and magnesium filled lemonade packs an extra happiness punch – for St. Patty’s Day and beyond 🙂 This was a hit with the kids and hubby alike, without any sweeteners added, but feel free to add more fruit and/or stevia to taste.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups kale
  • 1 head parsley
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 lemons (peeled)

Directions

Add all ingredients to juicer or Vitamix. Drink Happy 🙂
